Ένα ακόμη σημαντικό βήμα για την ανέγερση του γηπέδου στον Βοτανικό έγινε πράξη, καθώς το Ελεγκτικό Συνέδριο ενέκρινε την επικείμενη σύμβαση του Δήμου Αθηναίων με την κοινοπραξία που ανέλαβε το έργο.
