Δεν σταματάνε οι διακρίσεις για τον Κωνσταντίνο Σόβολο στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα U21 καθώς αυτή τη φορά στο Ατομικό  κατατάχθηκε 10ος με 628.6, φέρνοντας ισοβαθμία με τον 9ο και 0.2 από τον 8ο που θα περνούσε στην επόμενη φάση.
