Μπράγκα-Παναθηναϊκός βόλεϊ γυναικών Ευρώπη Challenge Cup

Το πρώτο βήμα για να βρεθεί στα προημιτελικά του Challenge Cup έκανε ο Παναθηναϊκός επικρατώντας με 3-0 σετ της Μπράγκα μέσα στην Πορτογαλία στην πρώτη αναμέτρηση της φάσης των "16". Οι πράσινες παρέμειναν αήττητες για 15ο διαδοχικό παιχνίδι σε Ελλάδα κι Ευρώπη και στις 15 του μήνα χρειάζονται δύο σετ για να σφραγίσουν την πρόκριση. Μεγάλες πρωταγωνίστριες για την ομάδα του Κιαπίνι ήταν οι Μπένετ με 22 πόντους και Γουάιτ με 11. Από την άλλη πλευρά προσπάθησαν οι Σάντος και Καστίγιο με 16 και 14 πόντους αντίστοιχα.
