Δύσκολη αποστολή έχει ο Παναθηναϊκός την Τετάρτη, καθώς υποδέχεται στην Λεωφόρο την Λαμία, καθώς πρέπει να ανατρέψει το 4-1 στον επαναληπτικό αγώνα για την φάση των «16» του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας.

Οι «πράσινοι» ξέρουν πως τα πράγματα μόνο εύκολα δεν είναι, καθώς πρέπει να υπερβάλουν εαυτό για να ανατρέψουν το αποτέλεσμα του πρώτου αγώνα, ωστόσο ο Φάνης Τζανδάρης μιλώντας στην κάμερα της ΕΡΤ είπε: «Το πιστεύουμε. Για εμάς κάθε ματς είναι τελικός. Το Κύπελλο είναι πολύ σημαντικό».
