Μετά τη νίκη του Παναθηναϊκού Superfoods επί της Ρεάλ Μαδρίτης στο ΟΑΚΑ και τη διακοπή του ελληνικού πρωταθλήματος, λόγω των προκριματικών του Μουντομπάσκετ, ο Κρις Σίνγκλετον εκμεταλλεύτηκε το ρεπό που έδωσε ο Τσάβι Πασκουάλ στους παίκτες του και έτσι βρήκε την ευκαιρία να αποφορτιστεί με ένα ταξίδι στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία

Ο άσος των "πρασίνων" βρέθηκε στο Μάντσεστερ και μάλιστα επισκέφτηκε το «Ολντ Τράφορντ», βλέποντας το απόγευμα του Σαββάτου τη Γιουνάιτεντ ο να παίρνει τη νίκη με 1-0 επί της Μπράιτον.
