Στο Διαιτητικό Δικαστήριο της ΕΠΟ προσέφυγε ο Παναθηναϊκός κατά του Μίκαελ Εσιέν, έπειτα από την από 27/7 απόφαση της Πρωτοβάθμιας Επιτροπής Επίλυσης Οικονομικών Διαφορών της ΕΠΟ.
